According to the law of conservation of mass, the standard average wind velocity of the standard air duct can be calculated by standard flow and then tube axis wind velocity can be obtained by theoretical arithmetic according to the distribution and flow characteristic of flow in tubes and is taken as the wind velocity of a standard point.
