Method for optimizing urban stereo multilayer network cover

The invention discloses a method for optimizing city three-dimensional multi-layer network coverage which utilizes a high layer station and at least one low station. The method comprises the following steps: 1, when call is started, parameters are set to make the high layer station repulse certain pre-set value and enlarge signal usage range of the high layer station so that the high layer station plays a role of compensating the low layer stations; and 2, during dialogue, delamination parameters are set for performing uni-directional adjacent area adjustment between the high layer station and the low layer stations so that the high layer station can cut into the low stations while the low stations are forbidden to cut to the high station, thus the low stations can absorb telephone traffic to the utmost extent. The method has the advantages that the method can compensate blind coverage area of the low stations, improve coverage of the high station, reduce interference between stations, allow low stations and indoor stations to effectively absorb more telephone traffic and relieve telephone traffic pressure of mid-and-high layer stations, so as to achieve the aim of really realizing 'high layer control, mid layer maintenance and low layer enlargement' in city three-dimensional multi-layer network system.
