The invention relates to a flexible type radio-frequency coaxial cable of a smooth aluminum tube external conductor and a production method thereof, related to the improvement of the radio-frequency coaxial cable of the smooth aluminum tube external conductor, in particular to a preparation method for enhancing the bending performance and improving the flexible performance of the cable. The flexible type radio-frequency coaxial cable of the smooth aluminum tube external conductor comprises a smooth aluminum tube internal conductor, an internal skin layer, a foaming insulation layer, an external skin layer, the smooth aluminum tube external conductor, a hot melt adhesive layer and an external protection bush layer; the internal skin layer is extruded outside the smooth aluminum tube internal conductor and the foaming insulation layer is arranged outside the internal skin layer; the external skin layer is arranged outside the foaming insulation layer and the smooth aluminum tube external conductor is arranged outside the outer skin layer; the hot melt adhesive layer is coated outside the smooth aluminum tube external conductor and the external protection bush layer is extruded outside the hot melt adhesive layer.
