The invention discloses a method for preparing sodium sulfide by processing a hydrogen sulfide acid gas and a special device thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: absorbing and processing hydrogen sulfide in an acid gas by adopting sodium hydroxide as an absorption agent, generating sodium sulfide, and extracting sodium sulfide products from an absorption liquid; taking a tubular reactor and a supergravity reaction machine as absorption reaction devices, taking the tubular reactor as a previous stage reactor, and taking a rotational flow dual-supergravity machine as the post stage reactor; recycling an absorption agent between reactors reversely, sending a mother liquid of sodium sulfide products extracted from at the most previous stage to a crystallization extracting device, supplying a new absorption agent from a cycling liquid of the reactor of the last stage, and setting a heat exchanger or a cooler for heat exchange on a pipeline of a cycling absorption liquid. The method provided by the invention has good universality, and low construction expense economically, and the construction expense is less than about 15% of that of a sulfuric acid production device, and is about 25% of that of a Claus sulfur preparing device. By the technology device combining the tubular reactor and the rotational flow supergravity machine, the production capability has great elasticity, the operation is flexible, the speed regulating is flexible, and the method has good practicability.
