Therefore, safety, convenience and accuracy of surgical operations are improved, and a usable range of the trephine is expanded. The micro view trephine is sleeved on the front portion of a gun-shaped inner core, when a user holds a gun-shaped inner core handle by a hand, and rotates a gear on the tail portion of the micro view trephine by hand to drive saw teeth of the micro view trephine to rotate, the purpose of sawing to obtain a bone piece is achieved. Due to the fact that the endoscope, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are arranged in the center of the micro view trephine, the endoscope, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe can timely follow up along with movements of the micro view trephine, and an operating area can be observed and washed. Meanwhile, a plurality of empty grooves are formed in the position, close to the saw teeth, of the front portion of the micro view trephine, observation on an operating area outside the micro view trephine through the endoscope and bone piece cleaning are convenient.
