Abstract

An object of the invention is to use general-purpose glass, such as soda lime glass containing Na and Ca, as a high-durability glass substrate with an antireflection film. Namely, the object of the invention is to provide a glass substrate which provides an antireflection function to increase the transmission rate of incident light, and inhibit Na or Ca in the glass substrate from diffusing to the surface of the antireflection film in high-temperature high-humidity environment, thereby inhibiting nebula of the antireflection film.
