An explosion-proof electric box

The invention relates to an anti-explosion electricity taking box which is applied to electricity taking of electric appliances in flammable and combustible places. The anti-explosion electricity taking box is characterized in that a box body and a box cover are included, a power socket and a magnetically-controlled switch are arranged inside the box body, a permanent magnet is arranged on the box cover, the L end of the power socket is connected with a live line through the magnetically-controlled switch, when the box cover is closed, the permanent magnet acts on the magnetically-controlled switch to enable the magnetically-controlled switch to be in a conducting state so that the power socket can be powered up, and when the box cover is opened, the permanent magnet is far away from the magnetically-controlled switch to enable the magnetically-controlled switch to be in an open circuit state so that the power socket can be powered off. The anti-explosion electricity taking box has the advantages that an electric connecting contact point of a reed switch is in a reed switch sealed environment and is isolated from the outside, the reed switch is flame resistant in itself, when a plug is plugged into the power socket or is pulled out of the power socket, the power socket is in a power-off state, hence, electric sparks are avoided, and the intrinsic safety explosion proof effect can be achieved.
