As a gear-shaped structure is adopted by the front wheels of the barrier-free electrically propelled wheelchair provided by the invention, the barrier-free electrically propelled wheelchair can be better suitable for transition between the flat ground and stairs; a crawler wheel structure is adopted by the rear wheels, so transition between the stairs and the flat ground can be realized very well, and the barrier-free electrically propelled wheelchair can smoothly move up and down on the stairs; meanwhile, an angle between the rear bottom plate and the front bottom plate can be adjusted according to the actual situation, the barrier-free electrically propelled wheelchair provided by the invention not only is suitable for moving upstairs and downstairs but also is suitable for other ground configurations.
