The gel is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4-9 parts of flos buddlejae, 7-12 parts of ixeris sonchifolia hance, 8-16 parts of shepherdspurse herb, 8-14 parts of diverse wormwood herb, 5-10 parts of rhizoma nelumbinis, 10-18 parts of radix saposhnikoviae, 9-15 parts of myrrh, 6-12 parts of incised notopterygium, 5-11 parts of gypsum, 7-13 parts of Chinese asystasiella herb, 10-15 parts of herb of hairyfruit violet, 20-40 parts of carbomer, 14-18 parts of a substrate, 0.02-0.04 parts of a fibroblast growth factor, 2-4 parts of vitamin E, 1.0-1.4 parts of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate as well as proper amounts of glycerol and triethanolamine. The gel prepared by the invention has functions of healing sore and relieving swelling, stopping bleeding and relieving pain, promoting wound healing and the like; the gel is good in biocompatibility, good in absorptivity, non-irritant to skin and good in antibacterial performance, and the gel is non-adhesive to a wound surface and is capable of relieving hyperplastic scars.
