Abstract

A display device comprises a display panel, a housing and protective glass. The display panel is accommodated in an accommodating space reserved between the housing and the glass. The display device further comprises a vibration glass layer. The vibration glass layer is arranged between the display panel and the protective glass, and comprises a light-transmitting part covering the display panel and a vibration sound production part formed by extending at least one side edge of the light-transmitting part to the housing. A fixation frame is further fixed to the surface of the vibration glass layer, is far away from the display panel, and comprises a body surrounding the light-transmitting part and at least one rib extending from the body to the edge of the vibration glass layer. The rib is used for dividing the vibration sound production part into a plurality of sound production areas which are different in sizes and independent of one another. Each sound production area is further connected to at least one oscillator. The oscillators are used for vibration when a mechanical vibration signal is received, so as to drive the sound production areas connected thereof to vibrate to produce sound. The invention further provides an electric device comprising the display device.
