Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting geniposidic acid and verbascoside in semen plantaginis by an ASE (Accelerated Solvent Extraction) method. The method is shorter in extraction time and good in repeatability, and belongs to the field of extraction of the geniposidic acid and the verbascoside. The method comprises the following steps: crushing a semen plantaginis sample, enabling the crushed semen plantaginis sample to pass through a second sieve, taking 1g of the semen plantaginis sample powder and mixing the 1g of the semen plantaginis sample powder with 1g of diatomite; charging a mixture obtained in the first step into an ASE extraction pool in which a fiber filtration film is putted, and adding the diatomite to be parallel to a pool opening; extracting with methanol, and fixing the volume of an extracting solution to be 50ml by using the methanol. The method disclosed by the invention can replace a pharmacopoeia method for extracting the geniposidic acid and the verbascoside in the semen plantaginis and determining the contents.
