The invention discloses a screw propeller arrangement matched for aerated oxygenation of water body and an aerated oxygenation method. The screw propeller arrangement comprises a hollow shaft and screw propeller blades. Aeration pipes are welded to the screw propeller blades along rotating direction of the screw propeller blades, and are provided with a plurality of aeration holes. One end of each aeration pipe is communicated with the hollow shaft, the opening of the other end of each aeration pipe has the rotation angle ranging from 40 degrees to 80 degrees. The diameter of the aeration pipes ranges from 15mm to 50 mm, the diameter of the aeration holes is 0.5 to 0.8 time of that of the aeration pipes, and the interval among the aeration holes is 3 to 5 times of the diameter of the aeration holes. Due to the the porous aeration pipes arranged on the screw propeller arrangement, diffusion and dissolution of air in the water body are improved, content of dissolved oxygen in the water body is increased, self-purifying capacity of the water body is improved, quality of the water body greatly is improved, and significant effect in eliminating black and odorous water and improving water ecological environment is achieved.
