Air-compressor-adopted waste heat circulation preheating feeding system and method

The invention discloses an air-compressor-adopted waste heat circulation preheating feeding system which comprises a three-phase asynchronous motor, a feeding device main body and a rotating disk. Thethree-phase asynchronous motor is mounted in the center position of the feeding device main body and rotatably connected with the rotating disk through a rotating bearing at the side end. A connecting frame is mounted at the lower end of the rotating bearing, a communicating pipe is arranged on one side of the connecting frame, and one end of the communicating pipe communicates with a connectingsleeve opening. A sleeve is arranged in the center of an inner cavity of the connecting sleeve opening, an inserting ring is welded to one end of the sleeve, and fastening rings are wound around the end, away from the inserting ring, of the sleeve. The other end of the communicating pipe communicates with the rotating disk, the bottom end of an inner cavity of the rotating disk is rotatably connected with a transmission frame, the upper end of the transmission frame is connected with a base plate, and the lower end of an inner cavity of the base plate is provided with a protective layer. According to the air-compressor-adopted waste heat circulation preheating feeding system, through arrangement of the rotating disk, the purpose of rotating heating is achieved.
