Automatic drainage device of compressed air pipeline

The invention discloses an automatic drainage device of a compressed air pipeline. A segment of the compressed air pipeline is cut down and connected through a curved pipe, the middle segment of the curved pipe is bent downward, and a diversion pipe is connected to the bottom of the middle segment of the curved pipe; a filter is arranged on the diversion pipe, the bottom of the diversion pipe is connected to an inlet end of a two-position three-way solenoid valve, and two outlet ends of the two-position three-way solenoid valve are connected with two water collection and drainage pipelines respectively; each water collection and drainage pipeline includes a water collection pipe, a water storage tank and a drainage pipe which are connected from top to bottom in sequence, photoelectric switches are arranged on the water storage tanks, each drainage pipe is provided with a first fast opening ball valve and a drainage solenoid valve from top to bottom in sequence, the bottoms of the waterstorage tanks of the two water collection and drainage pipelines are communicated with each other through a horizontal communication pipe which is provided with a second fast opening ball valve, andthe photoelectric switches and all the solenoid valves are electrically connected with a controller. The automatic drainage device has the advantages of being free of gas loss, unlikely to be clogged,high in automation degree and convenient to maintain.
