The gel-based composite material has the advantages of low modulus and high moisture content, and is very similar to the structure and the mechanical property of the practical oral cavity soft tissues of the human body, and the defects of a traditional oral cavitysoft tissue simulation material can be overcome. The invention also provides an oral cavity practical training model and a forming technology on the basis of the gel-based composite material. The oralcavity practical training model comprises a bone model, a periosteum model and a soft tissue model, wherein the periosteum model is attached to the bone model through gum, and then, the gel-based composite material is injected and formed and is combined to one surface, which has a porous structure, of the periosteum model. Therefore, on one hand, the oral cavity practical training model enhancesand improves the material of the oral cavity soft tissue, on the other hand, the bone model and the soft tissue model are connected through the periosteum model, and therefore, the problem of poor binding ability to the bone model material of the gel-based composite material after being formed and cured is solved.
