The invention relates to a glazing technology with partial UV offset printing replacing traditional screen printing. The glazing technology comprises the following steps that S1, a PS plate is manufactured according to the color and pattern of a product; S2, a base material is placed on a printing machine and printed through the obtained PS plate; S3, the printed base material is put on a UV glazing machine, and a layer of gloss oil is smeared on the whole surface printed with the pattern and solidified through an UV lamp; S4, a layer of matte oil is partially smeared on portions, where do notneed to be bright, of the surface of the gloss oil layer according to the pattern of the product and is solidified through the UV lamp; S5, the base material is put on a die cutting machine, the glazed area of the product is subjected to aligning embossment through an embossment copperplate and then subjected to die cutting through a cutter die for die cutting according to the shape of the product; and S6, the base material subjected to die cutting is put on a scrap removal machine so that unnecessary scrap edges can be removed, and a finished product is obtained. According to the glazing technology, glazing is conducted by adopting partial UV offset printing to replace traditional screen printing, the good environment-friendly effect is achieved, in addition, the combining positions of the gloss oil and the matte oil are more accurate, the offset is decreased, and accordingly, the printing precision is greatly improved.
