[0017] Referring to FIG. 1, a bottle constructed in accordance with a first preferred embodiment of the invention is shown. Clean water is contained in a water reservoir 1 of the bottle. A threaded neck (e.g., one having external threads 12) 11 and an opening 13 are provided on a head of the bottle. A rigid spherical top reservoir 2 comprises a space 21 contained with powder or thick fluid, and a joining section 22 including an internal threaded member 23 formed a lower portion of an inner wall of an upper member of the reservoir 2, and an external threaded member 24 formed an upper portion of an outer surface of a lower member of the reservoir 2 (i.e., the upper member is adapted to secure to the lower member for closing the reservoir 2 by screwing down or disengage therewith for opening the reservoir 2 by screwing up).
