The invention provides a 
constant voltage output structural member. The 
constant voltage output structural member comprises a protection plate, a 
constant voltage plate, an output terminal and an insulation elastic 
gasket, wherein a central hole is formed in the insulation elastic 
gasket, and a protruding part is arranged at the edge of the central hole. The constant 
voltage output structural member also comprises a rechargeable battery employing the constant 
voltage output structural member provided by the invention, wherein a battery core is arranged in a shell, a 
punching groove is formed in an opening end of the shell, the constant 
voltage output structural member is further sealed at the opening end of the shell, a positive 
electrode leading-out tab of the battery core is connected to the other end which a first 
resistor 9R1) and a VDD port of a protection 
integrated circuit (IC) are connected, a negative 
electrode leading-out tab of the battery core is connected to a GND port of the protection IC, the protection plate is arranged blew a groove position of the 
punching groove in the shell, the insulation elastic 
gasket and the constant voltage plate are sequentially arranged above the groove position of the 
punching groove in the shell, and a negative 
electrode output end of the constant voltage plate is in 
close contact with the shell. The rechargeable battery is novel in structure and is convenient to fabricate, the voltage output can be limited according to demands, and the market demand can be satisfied.
