The invention provides a method for preparing a 
crucible by hot-press cold-out one-step forming of regenerated 
graphite, and particularly relates to a process method for a 
graphite crucible by hot-press cold-out one-step forming. The method specifically comprises the steps: preparing a dry material from regenerated 
graphite powder and graphitized 
petroleum coke particles, pouring the dry material into a mixing and kneading pot for 
dry mixing, adding an 
adhesive for wet mixing to prepare a paste material, directly pouring the paste material into a molding container in a heating state, pressurizing and shaping, immediately cooling after the density reaches the standard, quickly cooling and curing to prepare a 
green body, instantly heating the container, feeding into a mold, demolding, and 
roasting to obtain a finished product. In the method, through a hot-press cold-out one-step forming method, the problems that the 
crucible prepared by using the regenerated graphite as the 
raw material is non-uniform in structure, easy to crack during use and easy to damage after being stressed or expanded are effectively solved. The whole scheme is simple in process, material airing is not needed after mixing and kneading, the preparation process is simplified, high-pressure forming is not needed, and the effects of saving energy, reducing emission, reducing cost and improving efficiency are achieved.
