A spin locked balanced steady-state free precession (slSSFP) pulse sequence combines a balanced gradient echo acquisition with an off-resonance spin lock pulse for fast MRI. The transient and steady-state magnetization trajectory is solved numerically using the Bloch equations and is shown to be similar to balanced steady-state free precession (bSSFP) for a range of T2 / T1 and flip angles, although the slSSFP steady-state could be maintained with considerably lower RF power. In both simulations and brain scans performed at 7 T, slSSFP is shown to exhibit similar contrast and SNR efficiency to bSSFP, but with significantly lower power.

An organic electroluminescence display device is provided. The OEL device includes a substrate, a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, an organic functional layer and at least one electrochromic medium layer. The first electrode layer is disposed on the substrate, the second electrode layer is disposed over the first electrode layer, and the organic functional layer and the electrochromic medium layer are disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. According to the present invention, the method of driving the plasma display panel includes the steps of performing a first inverse gamma correction operation on externally inputted video data, performing a confined error diffusion operation on the first inverse gamma corrected video data within a range of a dither mask pattern of an upper gray scale, dithering the confined error diffused video data by using a plurality of dither mask patterns which are separated every gray scale and every frame, performing a second inverse gamma correction operation on the dithered video data, and mapping the second inverse gamma corrected video data to a sub-field pattern in which one frame includes one or more selective writing sub-fields and one or more selective erasing sub-fields.

A display device includes a lattice-shaped light-shielding pattern disposed on a transparent insulating substrate, and a color filter disposed on transparent insulating substrate, wherein the color filter overlaps with an edge portion of the light-shielding pattern. The method allows the surface of a titanium dioxide particle to be respectively coated with a zirconium oxide film and an alumina film inside out and a silane coupling agent hydrolysate to be adopted to carry out organic treatment, so the special titanium dioxide has the advantages of substantially-increased weather resistance, lipophilicity and luster, low oil absorption, good dispersity, realization of the hiding capability same to import titanium dioxide, high contrast rate, good temperature resistance, and no ink layer yellowing.
