voltage, power and electric quantity of a power distribution room and a meter box are acquired, and communication topology, segmented 
line loss and segmented impedance of the low-
voltage power distribution network are obtained through an edge 
calculation algorithm. According to the invention, problems such as 
line loss abnormity can be positioned to the 
transformer area and subdivided to each 
branch outgoing line or meterbox, so that the problems of 
low voltage and 
line loss of the 
transformer area can be effectively solved and managed; 
software and hardware foundations and data support are laid for lean management and low-voltage governance work development of the low-voltage distribution area, manpower and 
material resources are saved, the power supply reliability is improved, user complaints are reduced, powersupply 
service quality is improved, and finally the purpose of orderly power utilization of the area is achieved.
