health protection and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly,electrostatic 
spinning is carried out on a first 
spinning solution composed of a hydrophilic 
polymer, a nanoscale 
metal organic framework, a first cross-linking agent and a first 
solvent, and an insulating material subjected to charge 
elimination treatment is taken as a receiving base material to obtain a first membrane; a second 
spinning solution composed of an intermediate 
polymer, a second cross-linking agent and a second 
solvent is then subjected to electrostatic spinning, and the first membrane is taken as a receiving base material to obtain a second membrane; and a third spinning solution composed of a 
hydrophobic polymer, a third cross-linking agent and a third 
solvent is subjected to electrostatic spinning, the second membrane is taken as a receiving base material to obtain a thirdmembrane, the composite 
fiber membrane is obtained, and finally, the composite 
fiber membrane is subjected to heat treatment to obtain the wet gradient 
honeycomb structure fiber membrane for medicaland 
health protection. The finally prepared membrane has a three-layer 
composite structure, the 
microstructure is in a three-dimensional 
honeycomb communication channel structure, and the single-direction 
moisture conductivity and the reverse barrier 
liquid penetration performance are excellent.
