cutting mechanism comprises a material outlet trolley, a vibration platform and a vibration head of the sand vibrating mechanism are arranged transversely, a pin outlet trolley is arranged below the 
punching mechanism, the burr removal mechanism comprises a head 
grinding machine, a burr removal milling head and a standby milling head, and the casting taking control mechanism comprises a console, a mechanical claw and a fence. Due to the fact that the reciprocating feeding racks are used for feeding the compressor casing casting in a locating mode, the mechanical claw is used for clamping the compressor casing casting, 
cutting, sand vibration, 
punching and burr removal are carried out, locating is reliable, damage is not caused, and the yield is high; due to the fact that a rotary frame of the transfer placement platform is used for feeding of the compressor casing casting, continuity between a previous working procedure and the follow-up working procedure is ensured, the 
utilization rate of devices is improved, the 
product processing period is shortened, management is convenient, and the cost is low.
