electrical isolation and heat conduction at the same time. It can not only prevent the power device from discharging and creeping to the external conductor when it is working, but also use the 
copper seat to conduct the heat emitted by the power device to the ceramic insulating tank.  and conduct to the outside world through the ceramic insulating tank to realize heat dissipation.
