asphalt concrete wearing layer. The method comprises the steps of (1), 
raw material selection; (2), material cooperation ratio designing: wasted 
ceramic tile recycled materials with equal volumes are adopted, namely equivalent granule group 
natural mineral aggregates in a conventional 
asphalt mixture arereplaced with the aggregates with two particle 
diameter levels of 4.75 mm and 9.5 mm, and the 
doping amount of the wasted 
ceramic tile recycled 
doping material is controlled to be 40%-60%; (3), heatinsulation temperature reduction type 
asphalt concrete wearing layer construction: 3.1), a synchronously construction method in which 
coating oil cloth spraying and mixture spreading are conducted isadopted for the heat insulation type 
asphalt concrete wearing layer with doped 
ceramic tile recycled materials; 3.2), optical-thermal reflection 
coating layer construction layer is conducted; 3.3), optical-thermal reflection 
coating layer caring is conducted; 3.4), a road is opened to traffic. The method is suitable for (high temperature) rutting resisting structural layer construction of variousroads and urban roads, particularly for the newly building or overlaying construction of a rutting resisting 
surface layer or a wearing layer of an asphalt 
road surface of a road section where ruttingdamage frequently occurs of 
heavy traffic, intersection and the like.
