The invention discloses an aeolian-sand-reutilized antique brick and a production method thereof. The antique brick is prepared from 40-45 wt% of eolian sand, 10-15 wt% of perlite, 10-15 wt% of diatomite, 15-18 wt% of clinker, 8-10 wt% of argil, 5-10 wt% of coal gangue and 0.2-0.5 wt% of nickel powder. The production method comprises the following steps: purchasing raw materials, preparing the raw materials, pulverizing, screening to obtain undersieves, adding water, uniformly mixing, discharging sand soil into a plate feeder through a wheel loader, treating in a stone-removal double-roller machine, grinding in a grinding double-roller machine, milling in a ball mill, screening through a drum screen, sending the undersieves into a double-shaft stirrer, adding water, uniformly mixing, screening, and carrying out magnetic separation iron removal; delivering into a slurry servo tank by a slurry plunger pump and a pneumatic diaphragm pump; delivering into a spray drying tower by a plunger pump, and drying; and carrying out sintering forming.
