The system comprises more than one V-CUT board-splitting machine, dust collection ports, dust collection pipelines, a central dust collector and an external control host, the dust collection port is formed in each V-CUT board-splitting machine, the other ends of the dust collection ports are connected with the central dust collector through the dust collection pipelines, and the V-CUT board-splitting machines and the central dust collector are connected with the external control host. The system further comprises branch dust collectors, and the branch dust collectors are connected to the dust collection pipelines of the V-CUT board-splitting machines and connected with the external control host. An air quality detector is arranged near each V-CUT board-splitting machine. The system is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the air quality detector and the central dust collector are additionallyarranged in the whole area, the opening number of the dust collection ports of each V-CUT board-splitting machine and opening of the central dust collector can be independently controlled, the dust collecting effect is improved online, the production cost is saved, and the requirement for automatic control over production is met.
