The device has the beneficial effects that high temperature on the discharge roller can be cooled through cooling circulating water through the cooling water rotary joint, and meanwhile, the high temperature on the discharge roller and the electrode pipes is pumped away through the rotary opening and closing exhaust pipeline in cooperation with an exhaust fan at an exhaust opening; and the overall good cooling effect is achieved.
