satellite positioning module, a NB-IoT 
wireless communication module, an acceleration sensor, a power supply module, an electric wheelchair control module, a memory, a cloud platform and an automatic travelling module. The MCU controller is connected with the GPS / BD 
satellite positioning module, the NB-IoT 
wireless communication module, the acceleration sensor, the electric wheelchair control module, the power supply module, the memory and the cloud platform. The MCU controller collects and processes 
satellite position information obtained by the GPS / BD 
satellite positioning module, 
base station auxiliary positioning information obtained by the NB-IoT 
wireless communication module and acceleration information obtained by the acceleration sensor to obtain current position information of a positioning terminal, and then the current position information is transmitted to the far-end cloud platform through the NB-IoT wireless communication module; and after the cloudplatform receives an automatic return instruction, the instruction is issued to the MCU controller, and the automatic return movement is achieved by issuing instructions to the electric wheelchair control module and the automatic travelling module through the MCU controller. The electric wheelchair with the automatic 
return function has the advantages that quite comprehensive indoor cellular dataconnection coverage can be provided, the ability of supporting 
mass connection is achieved, 
power consumption is lower, the standby time is longer, automatic return, real-time positioning and real-time monitoring of the travelling trajectory and
