The invention discloses a tobacco essence capable of removing mixed gas caused by bobbin paper as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The tobacco essence is prepared by stirring 5 parts of carrot seed oil, 10 parts of myristica oil, 2 parts of fennel oil, 1 part of clove oil, 4 parts of eugenol, 0.5 part of bay oil, 2 parts of cinnamaldehyde and 75.5 parts of solvent by weight for 10min at room temperature to completely dissolve the mixture, preparing uniform solution, and storing the uniform solution at a lucifugal shade place for 24-72h, thus obtaining the required tobaccoessence. The essence is sprayed to the surface of cigarette bobbin paper in terms of the use amount of 0.04-0.05g per hg of bobbin paper, thus eliminating scorched bitter and wooden mixed gas broughtby domestic bobbin paper, so as to maintain the quality and style characteristics of the product with spayed bobbin paper to be comparable with or slightly superior to those of the product not changing bobbin paper; and through flavoring the bobbin paper, and the product is not subject to hot and humid environment of cigarette on-line processing, thus effectively avoiding damage from which flavoring substances are suffered and furthest ensuring the effect of the tobacco essence.
