phellodendron amurense and cape jasmine are adopted for preventing bacteriosis; when the chicken move to other groups, antifebrile 
dichroa, 
radix bupleuri, radix sophorae flavescentis, 
artemisia apiacea, carbonized 
sanguisorba root and lalang grass 
rhizome are adopted for preventing coccidium; if the chicken grow slowly and is low in feed intake, 
codonopsis pilosula, 
astragalus membranaceus, poria cocos, medicated leaven, malt, hawthorn and liquorice can be adopted; and 
codonopsis pilosula, astragalus membranaceus, poria cocos, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, malt, hawthorn, medicated leaven, 
semen cuscutae, fructus cnidii 10 and herba epimedii are adopted for prolonging the peak period of lay of the hen.
