An electro-sphygmomanometer which can realize measurement under arrhythmic condition, adopts a form of combining a gasbag with silicon to collecting pulse waves of the volunteers; couples the impulse signals to a silicon baroceptor through the gasbag, simultaneously collects blood pressure and pulse period data during the process of inflation and slow deflation of the gasbag, measures in a microprocessor once, and simultaneously completes blood pressure measurement and arrhythmia judgment. Compared with the present technology, the invention can complete arrhuthmic analysis through the signal data of the present electro-sphygmomanometer, display the result through an LC panel. The invention has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, and visual effect, not only makes good use of the data resource of the present electro-sphygmomanometer, but also solves the problem of simple test of arrhythmia.
