grease containing the 
arachidonic acid. The industry method has the following characteristics that: a fermentation formula is simplified, specific yield of the arachidonic acid can be 10 gARA / L fermentation broth through the specific 
process control, a process is simple and easy to control, and industrial production is achieved.
