The invention discloses an autonomous navigation observation platform 
control system based on wave energy propelling. The autonomous navigation observation platform 
control system comprises an online monitoring device, two sets of control systems, and three independent groups of 
solar power generation devices, wherein the two sets of control systems respectively comprise an 
embedded controller, a navigation device, a positioning device, a 
communication device, a steering device, a platform internal state monitoring device and a measuring device. Under 
normal conditions, one set of 
system serves as a master for working, while the other set of 
system is in a 
hot spare state; the online monitoring device is used for monitoring and coordinating the work of the two sets of control systems and regularly acquiring the state information of the two sets of control systems; after finding the abnormal work of one 
system, the online monitoring device can re-power on the system to recover the normal work of the system; if the 
master system works abnormally and can not be recovered, the online monitoring device can switch to the spare system from the 
master system. By virtue of the observation platform 
control system, the state information of an observation platform is regularly transmitted to a 
shore-based 
monitoring system, so that persons on 
shore can perform 
remote control and management, and timely deal with problems once the problems are found.
