The invention provides a 
tritiated water electrolytic concentration device and method. The device comprises an 
electrolytic cell, a sample 
bottle, an 
oxygen exhaust device and a 
hydrogen exhaust device, wherein the 
electrolytic cell is used for electrolyzing 
tritiated water and comprises a water inlet, a 
hydrogen outlet and an 
oxygen outlet; the sample 
bottle comprises a sample inlet and a water outlet, the sample inlet is used for introducing 
tritiated water samples into the sample 
bottle, and the water outlet is used for guiding the tritiated water samples out and connected with the water inlet of the 
electrolytic cell; the 
oxygen exhaust device is connected to the oxygen outlet of the electrolytic 
cell and used for exhausting oxygen generated through electrolyzing to the environment; the 
hydrogen exhaust device is connected with the hydrogen outlet of the electrolytic 
cell and used for exhausting hydrogen generated through electrolyzing to the environment; and the hydrogen exhaust device comprises a 
mass flowmeter used for measuring the accumulative 
mass flow of the hydrogen generated through electrolyzing. According to the technical scheme, the structure design is simple, operation is convenient, the electrolytic efficiency is high, the 
volume concentration rate is computed accurately, safety is achieved, 
pollution is avoided, and safe, effective and stable electrolytic concentration of environmental low-level tritiated water is achieved.
