A valvetrain system mechanization for an internal combustion engine using compression ignition, including homogeneous charge compression ignition, having two intake and one or more exhaust valves per cylinder. The valves are operated by dual overhead camshafts having two-step cams. The intake and exhaust camshafts are provided with phasers for varying the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves. A two-step roller finger follower is disposed for each valve between the cam lobes and the valve stem. The two sets of intake and exhaust valves are controlled by separate oil control valves. A mosquito control trap taking advantage of the normal stages of development for a mosquito. The trap including stagnant water trapped within a container by a weeping platform floating on top of the water. A series of holes in the weeping platform provide exposure of the water to form brood cups in which female mosquitoes lay eggs. In order to develop through the larva and pupa stage the developing insects must enter the larger reservoir of stagnant water, since there is insufficient room in the brood cups. However, the holes are too small to permit escape of the adult mosquito, thus preventing any of the eggs from developing. This device provides a means for controlling mosquitoes without the use of pesticides and is especially suitable for use in lesser developing countries.

The gas is transferred from a cold trap T1 to a cold trap T2 through conversion of gas-carrying flow and by changing a freezing state of the target gas in the traps. Meanwhile, other impurity gases which are captured by a freezing gas are released and thus, good chromatographic peak shapes and higher purity of the sample are achieved and the testing precision is improved.

A manhole barrier system configured to prevent unauthorized access or dumping or removal of materials into manholes is provided. The manhole barrier system includes a substantially hollow sub-ring configured to be secured to the inside wall of the manhole, preferably using a layer of adhesive, and to receive a pan configured to serve as a barrier therein. The pan may be secured to the sub-ring by way of circumferentially spaced locking assemblies. The enrichment analyzer provided by the invention is provided with an interface directly connected with a host machine of the isotope ratio mass spectrometer, is an independent isotope mass spectrometer accessory device, meanwhile analyzes and determines the enrichment of carbon and hydrogen elements of the greenhouse gas CH4 and the isotope abundance; a target gas is purified and converted by utilizing a cold trap combination; the purity of a sample entering the mass spectrum is ensured; oxygen is timely and automatically supplied to the oxidizing furnace, and the oxidation capability of CuO is kept.
