The invention discloses a
cottonseed gossypol content non-destructive measurement method based on the near-
infrared spectrum technology. Different
cottonseed samples are collected, the spectrum of the
cottonseed samples is collected through a near-
infrared spectrograph, near-
infrared spectrum data are preprocessed through various spectrum preprocessing methods, the
gossypol content of the samples is precisely measured through an efficient liquid
chromatography method, a correction model is constructed through the partial least square method, an optimal near-infrared spectrum correction model is determined through predictive related coefficients, residual predictive deviations, predictive
root mean square errors and
cross validation root mean square errors, the cottonseed samples to be measured are detected through the optimal near-infrared spectrum correction model, and the
gossypol content of the cottonseed samples to be measured is obtained. By means of the near-infrared
spectrograph, a
spectrogram of cottonseeds is acquired, measurement speed is high, precision is high, chemical reagents are not needed, the method is non-destructive, green and capable of quickly analyzing the gossypol content in the cottonseeds, and the method plays an important role in developing and utilizing cottonseed by-products and cultivating new cotton varieties.
