water saving and fertilizing, and particularly relates to a mountain 
tea garden water-saving and fertilizing device and a fertilizing method applying the same. The mountain 
tea garden water-saving and fertilizing device comprises a fertilizing 
pipe; the top of a fertilizing 
pipe cylinder is covered with a 
sponge lid, the bottom of the fertilizing 
pipe cylinder is provided with a 
water storage hopper, and the hopper opening of the 
water storage hopper covers a mesh part; 
nutrient holes are arranged in the pipe body of the fertilizing pipe in a penetrating mode. The mountain 
tea garden water-saving and fertilizing device has the advantages of being concise in configuration, convenient to use, and high in 
fertilizer utilization rate, and can obviously lower the cost of a farmer in planting tea and reduce environment 
pollution. The other technical purpose is to provide the fertilizing method based on the device so as to further promote forming of good quality of the tea. The method comprises the steps of embedding the devices in dripping lines of all rows of tea trees, and manufacturing a mixed 
fertilizer to put the 
fertilizer into the pipe cavity of the fertilizing pipe. Along with mutual mixing of water liquor in the fertilizing pipe and the mixed fertilizer, the mixed fertilizer is infiltrated out into soil around the fertilizing pipe along the 
nutrient holes through the water liquor, and thus the 
water saving and fertilizing operation is achieved.
