ozone under 
room temperature and ambient 
moisture and a preparation method of the catalyst. The catalyst comprises a carrier, a 
noble metal active component and an auxiliary material component, wherein the 
noble metal active component is 
palladium; the 
noble metal active component accounts for 0.01 percent to 0.1 percent of the total 
mass of the catalyst according to the amount of a noble 
metal element. The catalyst provided by the invention has the advantages that when the catalyst for eliminating the 
ozone under the 
room temperature and the ambient 
moisture is used in a 
colloid drying process, a crossed 
drying method of high-temperature 
drying of a drying oven, low-temperature freeze-drying, and high-temperature drying of the drying oven is adopted; the prepared catalyst has a uniform 
pore diameter and a large specific surface area, and has a very high 
elimination rate on the 
ozone. According to the catalyst for eliminating the ozone under the 
room temperature and the ambient 
moisture, provided by the invention, the percentage of the used noble 
metal active component in the total 
mass of the catalyst according to the amount of the noble 
metal element is extremely low, so that the cost of the catalyst is effectively reduced.
