power generation system, comprising a wave energy power generation device, a 
solar pond, a flash 
evaporator, a low-temperature 
turbine, a first power generator, a heat-accumulation boiler, a high-temperature 
turbine, and a second power generator, which are connected in sequence. The low-temperature-difference 
solar energy and ocean energy combined 
power generation system further comprises a first condenser connected with the low-temperature 
turbine and a second condenser connected with the high-temperature turbine, wherein the first condenser and the second condenser are provided with a same condensate source. According to the low-temperature-difference solar-energy and ocean-energy combined 
power generation system, the heat-accumulation boiler is additionally arranged to covert surplus power generated during off-peak 
power consumption into high-temperature 
heat energy to be stored and convert high-temperature 
heat energy generated in a 
power consumption peak period into 
electric energy to be used, so that the requirements of a storage battery are reduced, the cost is reduced, the stabilityis enhanced, and the service life of the 
system is prolonged; meanwhile, the power generation 
system can be comprehensively utilized on the aspects of 
desalination, 
refrigeration, cultivation and thelike, and can be used for generating favorable 
economic benefits while meeting requirements on production, living and coast defence.
