The invention discloses a 
processing technology using 
infrared ray radiant energy for curing a cereal 
raw material and a use method of the cured cereal 
raw material in a milk replacer and a 
nursing material. The 
processing technology is as follows: removing impurities; adding 5-8% of water; adding water for oscillation; standing for 4-5h to enable the cereal 
moisture content to be 18-20%; entering cereals into an 
infrared radiation heating system for the total time of 40-60s at temperature of 700-900 DEG C to enable the cereal surface temperature to be 200-250 DEG C; preheating the cereals with 
waste heat of the 
system to 55 DEG C; tabletting, cooling; and 
grinding. The use method of cured corn, cured soybean and cured rice or 
broken rice in the milk replacer and the 
nursing material is as follows: respectively adding the cured corn, cured soybean and cured rice or 
broken rice into the milk replacer in a weight ratio of 10-50%, 5-10%, 5-15% and 0-10%; and respectively adding the cured corn, cured soybean and cured rice or 
broken rice into the 
nursing material in a weight ratio of 10-50%, 2-10%, 3-10% and 0-15%. According to the curing 
processing, crystalline structures in 
starch can be destroyed by heat treatment, so that the 
starch is easier in enzymolysis with 
amylase, the digestibility of the cured cereal 
raw material is greatly improved; and at the same time the cured cereal raw material its own has fragrance so as to help to increase the 
palatability of a feed.
