biotin form fresh 
betel nuts. The method comprises the steps as follows: the fresh 
betel nuts are sorted, cleaned and smashed, water is added, 0.1%-1% of 
cellulose is added for biological splitting, the pH is adjusted to 2-7, the mixture is kept standing for 0.5-4 h, and plate 
filtration is performed, so that an extraction solution is obtained; the extraction solution is subjected to high-speed 
centrifugal separation (3000-30000 r min), and impurities and 
macromolecular substances are removed, so that a solution is obtained; the solution is subjected to vacuum continuous 
dehydration at a temperature below 60 DEG C, so that a 
solid substance is obtained; and the 
solid substance is smashed, subjected to 30-120 meshes and examined, so that the betel nut 
biotin is obtained. According to the method, the operation is simple, the technology temperature is below 60 DEG C, 
alkaloid and general flavone are taken as 
quality control indexes, beneficial ingredients of the 
betel nuts are fully extracted, the betel nut 
biotin extraction rate is high, and the method is suitable for industrial production. No furnace is needed, no 
organic solvent is related, and no waste liquid or 
waste gas is discharged. Production 
slag is betel nut fibers which are precious raw materials for a high-grade 
fiber board and 
activated carbon.
