Provided is a 
subsoil state monitoring device and method. The device and method belong to the field of 
housing construction, and have the following functions of (1) observing a 
subsoil state through a first observing 
pipe: opening a sealing cover, putting a miniature camera through a telegraph rod linked with the miniature camera into the first observing 
pipe, adjusting the position and angle of the camera through the telegraph rod, and observing the state of soil around the first observing 
pipe on a displayer; (2) warning through a second observing pipe: fixing and laying a sensor sheet on the outer wall of the second observing pipe from bottom to top, sending the 
humidity, temperature and other parameters around the sensor sheet to a warn displaying 
system through a data wire, and conducting automatic warning when a certain 
humidity value is detected; (3) monitoring the underground 
water level through the second observing pipe: opening the sealing cover, and measuring the underground water height with a 
laser distance meter through the pipe outlet. The first observing pipe and the second observing pipe are arranged next to each other, and combined for use. The 
subsoil state monitoring device belongs to preset equipment, has the function of warning and displaying, and can acquire subsoil information non-destructively. The subsoil state monitoring device and method have the advantages of being scientific and reasonable, easy to operate, low in cost and easy to popularize.
