The new technology of the invention is that an upper body back-lying function is added to a standing bed. The upper body of a patient is raised by a back-lying bed board so that the weight of the patient is mostly applied to the back-lying bed board, the supporting force of the legs of the patient is reduced and the patient fells safer and more comfortable. The standing bed with back-lying function comprises a base (1), a first linear motor (2), a bed board bracket (3), an upper body bed body (4), a lightening fixing frame (5), a lightening binding belt (6), a baseboard (7), a baseboard binding belt (8) and a second linear motor (9). The upper body bed body (4) can be arranged on the bed board bracket (3) through a movable bearing, and the first linear motor (2) is hinged between the upper body bed body (4) and the bed board bracket (3) through a movable bearing; therefore, when the second linear motor (9) moves back and forth, the upper body bed body (4) can rotate around the bed board bracket (3) and the back-lying angle can be realized by controlling the second linear motor (9) to move back and forth.
