The invention provides a method for producing biologic 
protein feed by using 
solid-state 
fermentation fiber dreg. The method comprises the steps: activating, inoculating, cultivating and fermenting 
lignin trichodermin strain, candida utilis and 
saccharomyces cerevisiae to obtain a first liquid strain and a second liquid strain; adding maize flour, 
ammonium sulfate and 
potassium dihydrogen 
phosphate in maize soaking water, regulating pH value, conducting 
steam sterilization to obtain liquid 
nutrient solution; evenly agitating the dried wet maize peel dreg with 
bran, maize steep liquor, bean pulp, rice 
chaff and 
urea together, regulating pH value to obtain starting crude base stock; evenly mixing the liquid 
nutrient solution and the starting crude base stock, then inoculating, fermenting, continuously agitating and supplying 
fresh air, simultaneously adding inorganic salt, and evenly mixing; and 
drying the fermented materials at the temperature lower than 55 DEG C to obtain the biologicprotein feed. According to the method, the biologic 
protein feed is produced by utilizing wet maize peel dreg generated in process of producing 
starch from maize through wet method, and maize soakingwater, so that the additional value is increased, and the cost is lowered.
