The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant wood-plastic 
composite material and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant wood-plastic 
composite material comprises components in parts by weight as follows: 80-120 parts of mulberry twigs, 50-70 parts of waste plastic, 20-35 parts of modified phenolic resin, 10-15 parts of 
silicone rubber, 3-5 parts of glass fibers, 5-8 parts of 
sepiolite fibers, 4-7 parts of 
maleic anhydride, 3-6 parts of nanometer aluminum 
oxide, 3-6 parts of a 
zinc borate 
flame-retardant, 5-7 parts of a 5571 light stabilizer and 4-6 parts of a butyl hydroxyanisole 
antioxidant. The preparation method comprises technological steps of modifying pretreatment, high-speed mixing, hot-press molding and cooling setting. The waste plastic, the modified phenolic resin and the 
silicone rubber are used as main raw materials, the cost is reduced, and the problem of environmental 
pollution caused by waste is solved. The obtained wood-plastic 
composite material has the advantages that the material is good in stability at high temperatures, high in 
compressive strength and high in abrasion resistance and does not deform easily, the cost is reduced, and the like; the wood-plastic composite material also has the advantages that the 
processing technology is simple, the 
processing time is short, the cost is low and the like, and is applicable to industrial production.
