The invention relates to multifunctional natural 
polysaccharide repair 
adhesive hydrogel, a preparation method and application thereof in preparation of drugs for treating 
skin injury, and belongs tothe technical field of material science. Natural 
polysaccharide is used as a 
raw material, and functional group modification is performed on the natural 
polysaccharide to enhance the tissue adhesiveness of the natural polysaccharide; then 
magnesium oxide nanoparticles are added into an 
aldehyde-modified 
glucan solution in advance, so that the gelling time can be further shortened, and the 
antibacterial effect is enhanced; therefore, the repair 
adhesive hydrogel which has good 
biocompatibility and tissue adhesiveness and can effectively 
close wounds is constructed. The whole process is simple to operate, the raw materials are easy to obtain and low in price, and the natural 
polymer functional groups have good 
biocompatibility after being modified and are non-toxic and harmless to cells. Thepolysaccharide is subjected to 
catechol modification and 
aldehyde modification, so that the water 
solubility of 
chitosan is enhanced, the 
viscosity of a 
glucan solution is reduced, the gelation timeof the two-component gel is shortened, and the gel can be endowed with relatively strong 
tissue adhesion.
