The invention discloses a method for modifying the soda alkalized soil into the 
paddy field by an inorganic macromolecular soil modifier. The component of the inorganic macromolecular modifier is 
solid polymerized 
ferric sulfate. When the soda alkalized soil is modified into the 
paddy field by the inorganic macromolecular soil modifier, the modifier is soaked by water in the soda alkalized soil to be fast hydrolyzed, a 
mass of high-valence cations can be generated to replace 
exchangeable sodium ions in the soil so as to reduce the alkalization degree of the soil, the replaced 
sodium ions are discharged along with the drainage through 
elution, the polyhydroxy complex generated after 
hydrolysis can play a role of 
flocculation to the high-dispersion degree soil 
colloid such as absorbing, bridging, enmeshing and the like, the 
particulates of the soil 
colloid are promoted to be gathered into large 
particulates, the soil permeability is enhanced, and the PH value of the soil can be further reduced due to the 
hydrolysis acidity-
induction effect of the modifier, so that a good soil environment for crops growth can be provided. After the method is used, the soda alkalized soil can be fast modified into the 
paddy field, so that the method is suitable for popularization and application in agricultural production.
