voltage power distribution line fracture 
fault model is built, according to the line fracture fault electric quantity hierarchic 
data system and strong association rules, parameter optimization is carried out, and the association condition of characteristic quantities of a medium-voltage distribution network when a fault occurs can be determined, so that an association rule set is obtained; and step 4, real-
time information inputted by the power distribution and utilization 
information system is matched with the association rule set, the state of the medium-voltage distribution network can be determined. With the method of the invention adopted, a diagnosis association rule set and an auxiliary rule set can be automatically generated by using an improved association rule 
algorithm according to line fracture fault historical data without grounding fault characteristics, and therefore, useful information can be provided for the 
decision making of online fault diagnosis.
