The invention relates to a method for repairing a high-temperature
alloy thin-walled
cartridge receiver part through precision pulse
welding. The method comprises the following steps: according to the length and position of the flaw of the thin-walled
cartridge receiver part, analyzing the failure mode and the stress state of the part in combination with a numerical
simulation technique; before
welding, carrying out precision measurement on the front and rear mounting edges and other related sizes of a
cartridge receiver; determining the position and size of the flaw by using X-
ray examination and
dyeing examination; carrying out pre-
welding technical preparation; adopting a special welding protecting tool according to the position to be repaired; in combination with the failure mode and the stress state of the part, on account of the position and the size of the flaw, determining a
single pulse or continuous
pulse mode, welding technical parameters and welding order technical factors so as to reduce the
stress level of the part after welding; and carrying out welding by a welding repairing technology determined in the above step. The method has the advantages that the weld joint performance reaches more than 90% of
base metal performance, and standard requirements are met; and after welding, the radial run-out of the inner and outer mounting edges of the cartridge receiver is smaller than 0.08mm, the end surface run-out is smaller than 0.10mm, and assembling requirements are met.
